From here on out, Eyedea Worx will no longer print any material (Disc faces or Print Material) that has the DVD Logo on it.

The DVD Format/Logo Licensing Corporation has started suing companies who are manufacturing items using their logo without their appropriate licensing.

So–

Any artwork provided with this artwork will be rejected prior to proofing and will be asked to revise their artwork. Customers can still use the letters DVD, but will no longer be able to use the DVD Logo itself.

If a customer insists on using the DVD logo, customers CAN obtain their own licensing directly through the DVDFLLC, but will have to submit licensing information with the artwork in order to use it. Here is their website with more information: http://www.dvdfllc.co.jp/logo/lg_who.html
